Papeete is the capital of French Polynesia, in the Pacific Ocean. The city is located on the island of Tahiti. It is not the typical tropical paradise but more of an industrial port and a very busy town center with heavy traffic. The French and Polynesian charm is present in small doses. 

Raiatea, is the second largest of the Society Islands, after Tahiti, in French Polynesia. The island is regarded as the 'center' of the eastern islands in ancient Polynesia. Suva is situated on the southeast coast of Viti Levu,Fiji. Suva is the capital and the commercial and political centre of Fiji. Waitangi is a locality in the Bay of Islands on the North Island of New Zealand. It is close to the town of Paihia (of which it is considered a part), 60 kilometres north of Whangarei. The name means weeping waters in Māori.

Waitangi is best known for being the location where the Treaty of Waitangi was first signed on February 6, 1840. It is also the place where the Declaration of Independence of New Zealand was signed five years prior, on October 28, 1835. This document was ratified by the British Crown the following year (1836).

Wellington is the capital city of New Zealand, located at the south-western tip of the North Island, between Cook Strait and the Rimutaka Range. Kaikōura is a town on the east coast of the South Island of New Zealand. It is located on State Highway 1, 180 km north of Christchurch.Kaikōura became the first local authority in the Southern Hemisphere to achieve recognition by the EarthCheck Community Standard. Τhe infrastructure of Kaikōura was heavily damaged in the 2016 Kaikoura earthquake, which also caused two deaths in the area. The sea level of the bay and surrounding region was lifted by as much as 2 metres.

Akaroa is a charming small town on Banks Peninsula in the Canterbury region of New Zealand. It is situated within the homonym sheltered harbor and it is surrounded by the remnants of an ancient volcano. Port Chalmers is a suburb and the main port of the city of Dunedin, New Zealand. Port Chalmers is located on a small hilly peninsula, northeast from the city’s centre, within the narrow Otago Harbor. Nelson city is bordered to the west and south-west by the Tasman District Council and the north-east, east and south-east by the Marlborough District Council.
