La Romana is a city of the Dominican Republic, situated along the Caribbean Sea, in the southeastern part of the country. It is built on the western mouth of the river Romana.

Willemstad is a city in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located in the municipality of Moerdijk. Its population as of 2002 was 2,329. Willemstad is a small historical town with well preserved fortifications.
The Caribbean Netherlands are the three special municipalities of the Netherlands that are located in the Caribbean Sea. Philipsburg is the capital of the Dutch section of the island Saint Maarten, which, geographically 60% percent French and 40% Dutch.
