Hong Kong is an autonomous territory on the southern coast of China at the Pearl River Estuary and the South China Sea. Phu my is a district of Bình Định Province in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. It is situated near Ho Chi Minh City.

Sihanoukville formerly known as Kompong Som is a seaside town in Cambodia, located at the tip of an elevated peninsula in the country's south-west at the Gulf of Thailand. It is Cambodia’s premier beach destination. The peninsula is ringed by pretty white-sand beaches and Ochheuteal beach also known as Serendipity, is Sihanoukville’s most popular one. Offshore there are many attractive islands, which are really worth visiting.

Koh Samui is Thailand's second-largest island, located south of Bangkok in the Gulf of Thailand. It is the most significant island in the Chumphon Archipelago and is surrounded by approximately sixty other islands. Although Koh Samui is an extremely popular tourist destination, it has retained its simplicity and its laid-back character. Surabaya is located on northeastern Java, along the edge of the Madura Strait in Indonesia. Surabaya was once the largest city in Dutch East Indies and the center of trading in the nation. Today, the city is full of parks, tree-lined streets, extensive shopping centers and boutiques. Travellers can visit the Bonbin Surabaya, one of the largest zoos in Southeast Asia, the Grand Mosque of Surabaya and the Mpu Tantular Museum of Javanese culture.

The city is famous for its mangoes, locally called mangga manalagi. Strong dry-season winds from July to September, help the mango trees pollinate and are sometimes credited with being the source of the area's quality fruit. The city formerly produced grapes as well, but few grapes are grown in the area now.

Komodo is an island, located in the center of the Indonesian archipelago. It is part of the Lesser Sunda chain of islands and forms part of the Komodo National Park, one of the richest marine environments. The island is the habitat of the Komodo dragon, the largest lizard on Earth, which is named for the island. These giant lizards are the main attraction of the island, but you have to be very careful since they are really dangerous.

Lombok is an island in West Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia. The Lombok Strait separates the island from Bali to the west. Lombok has breathtaking turquoise bays, exquisite white-sand beaches, epic surf, lush forests, and hiking trails through tobacco and rice fields. The majestic volcano Gunung Rinjani, with several hot springs and a dazzling crater lake, dominates the place.

Semarang is a city on the north coast of the island of Java, Indonesia. It is the capital and largest city of Central Java. Semarang has its own charm with Dutch colonial architecture and strong Chinese influences that can be seen in the temples and city houses. It is worth visiting the temple at Borobudur, one of the greatest manmade wonders of the world that lies in the Kedu Plain. This Buddhist temple lay covered in volcanic ash for nearly a millennium until it was rediscovered in 1814.

Before human development, the coastal area of what is now Tanjung Priok was an area of brackish water with swamp and mangrove forest. The area was developed in the late nineteenth century as a new harbor of Batavia to replace the Sunda Kelapa harbor area to the west that had become too small for the increased traffic resulting from the opening of the Suez Canal. The construction of the new harbor was started in 1877 by Governor General Johan Wilhelm van Lansberge (1875-1881). The new harbor was named Tandjong Priok. Several facilities were built to support the function of the new harbor, such as the Tanjung Priok Station (1914). Tanjung Priok is variously spelled in history as "Tandjong Priok", "Tandjoeng Priok" or "Tanjon Preeq".
