New Orleans, the birthplace of jazz, is unquestionably one of the most distinctive cities of the New World. Willemstad is a city in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located in the municipality of Moerdijk. Its population as of 2002 was 2,329. Willemstad is a small historical town with well preserved fortifications.

Puerto Plata (Silver Harbor) is one of the provinces of the Dominican Republic. The capital is San Felipe de Puerto Plata. Puerto Plata is located in the north of the Dominican Republic. It is bordered on the southwest by the province of Monte Cristi, on the south-central by Valverde, on the southeast by Santiago and on the east by Espayat. Part of it is located at the foot of the Northern Mountains.
