GENERAL NOTES:

Prices are per person in euros (€), in a double cabin.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total booking amount is required, with the balance due 40 days before the cruise departure.
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to departure, immediate full payment is required.
To complete the reservation, and in accordance with company policy, you must provide full details for all passengers exactly as stated in their passport(s)/ID(s), depending on the cruise chosen (Full name, Travel Document Number, Date and Place of Birth, Issue and Expiry Date, Issuing Authority).
You must also provide the contact details (Full name and mobile number) of a person (relative or friend) as an Emergency Contact.
To participate in the above cruise, it is necessary to have a valid passport (up to 6 months after the end of the cruise) or an ID with Latin characters, depending on the cruise selected.
Children without a police-issued ID and traveling with both parents need a valid passport.
Children with a police-issued ID traveling with both parents can travel normally (provided a valid passport is not required for the specific cruise).
Children traveling with one parent must have written consent from the other parent, in addition to the above documents.
Children traveling with other relatives must have written consent from both parents, in addition to the above documents.
Prices for air tickets and cruises are not fixed. They are tied to the availability/load of the aircraft and cruise ships.
Early booking ensures availability for the cruise and the cabin category you desire, as well as competitive airfare.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 91 days before the start of the tour: Free cancellation
From 90 to 31 days before the start of the tour: 40% of the total cost
From 30 to 15 days before the start of the tour: 75% of the total cost
From 14 days before the start of the tour or in case of no-show or cancellation on the day of departure: 90% of the total cost

Rebooking / Transfer Policy
Rebooking (changing date, destination, accommodation, etc.)

Travellers are not automatically entitled to make changes after booking.
Rebookings (that keep the same duration and price) are possible only up to 60 days before the start of the tour.
Fees for rebooking:
- Up to 91 days before departure: Free
- From 90 to 60 days before departure: €100 per person

Transfer to a third party

Up to 7 days before the tour, travellers may assign their booking to a third party (who must meet the travel requirements).
Notification must be sent in writing (email or fax is recommended).
Both the original traveller and the third party are jointly responsible for the full cost and any extra fees.

Rebooking fees must be paid immediately upon confirmation.
