In order to complete the booking, and according to the company policy, it is necessary for you to provide full details of all participants (Full Name, Date and Place of Birth) as they are shown on your Passport(s)/ID(s) (depending on the cruise type you have selected). It is also necessary to provide an Emergency Contact (friend or relative) and full contact details (Full name, Phone Number Mobile/Landline) of this person.
A valid passport is required for this cruise and visa (please check for Visa).
In order to confirm a booking a 30% deposit is require of the booking total. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure date. Any booking made in the period of less than 30 days full payment of the booking is required.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and for complying with Customs and Immigration requirements. Guest without proper travel documents will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of cruise fare will be given to any guest failing to bring such documentation.
In order to avoid problems at departure, we kindly ask you to carefully check the validity of your documents and to be in possession of what is required for the cruise. If any guest does not possess the required documentation they will be denied boarding their flight/cruise and cancellation penalties will be applied

Please note that from July 21, 2025, the Greek Government has imposed a new visitor fee.
This mandatory fee applies to all visitors, regardless of age and nationality (including infants), who disembark at Greek ports — whether participating in an organized excursion or disembarking independently — including those who permanently disembark.
Below is the current summary of fees based on the latest available update. In case of any changes to these measures, you will be informed by your travel agent.

November 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026:
€4 per visitor per port for Mykonos and Santorini
€1 per visitor for all other Greek ports
April 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026:
€12 per visitor per port for Mykonos and Santorini
€3 per visitor for all other Greek ports
June 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026:
€20 per visitor per port for Mykonos and Santorini
€5 per visitor for all other Greek ports
October 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026:
€12 per visitor per port for Mykonos and Santorini
€3 per visitor for all other Greek ports

Please note that this fee will be automatically charged to your onboard account if you disembark in any Greek port. Such fee is set and mandated by the Greek authorities and applies to all cruise lines operating in Greece.

• If the above cruise has as its port of embarkation or call the United States, the following are required at embarkation: (a) a passport valid for at least six months beyond your disembarkation date, and (b) an ESTA entry authorization – if you are not eligible to apply for ESTA, a U.S. entry visa issued by the U.S. Embassy is required.

• If the above cruise has as its port of embarkation or call the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), the following are required at embarkation: (a) a passport valid for at least six months beyond your disembarkation date, and (b) a UK ETA entry authorization – if you are not eligible to apply for a UK ETA, a Standard Visitor Visa is required for entry into the United Kingdom.
