There is a cruise ship service charge of €18.50 per person per day. • Children under 2 years up to 6 months: FREE.
The above amounts are per person and are an integral part of the cruise.
During your cruise, you will encounter staff throughout the ship who provide you with excellent service. They are supported by an equally large number of crew members working hard behind the scenes to ensure you enjoy every moment onboard. The service charge is mandatory and an inseparable part of the cruise price.
"Guarantee" category means that the system will automatically assign your cabin number, and we cannot know in advance which deck it will be located on; it may also have an obstructed view.
- Prices are per person in euros (€), based on double occupancy in a cabin.
- Single cabin supplement: 100% of the above prices plus port charges.
- A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation, with full payment due 30 days before cruise departure.
- For bookings made less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is required immediately.
- To complete the reservation and according to company policy, you must provide full personal details for all passengers, exactly as they appear in their passport(s) or ID card(s), depending on the cruise (Full Name, Travel Document Number, Date and Place of Birth, Date of Issue and Expiry, Issuing Authority).
- In case you travel with your National ID card, it must have been issued within the last 15 years and be of the new type (not handwritten, with Latin characters).
- In addition, you must provide emergency contact details (full name and mobile phone number) of a relative or friend.

- For some cruises to Western Mediterranean ports or the Norwegian Fjords, travel may be allowed with a new-type ID card (with Latin characters). Ask us about the specific cruise of your interest.
- Valid passport (valid up to 6 months after the cruise ends) or ID with Latin characters is required, depending on the cruise itinerary.
- Children without a police-issued ID and traveling with both parents must have a valid passport.
- Children with an ID traveling with both parents may travel normally (if a valid passport is not required for the cruise).
- Children traveling with one parent must have the written consent of the other parent, in addition to the above documents.
- Children traveling with other relatives must have written consent from both parents, along with all other required documents.
- Flight and cruise prices are not fixed. They depend on the availability and occupancy of the airplanes and cruise ships.
- Booking early ensures availability for the cruise, cabin category, and airline seats at competitive prices.
- 30 days or more before departure: 20% cancellation fee of the total amount
- 28 - 15 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount
- 14 – 8 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee of the total amount
- 7 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee of the total amount

Great Stirrup Cay is an idyllic sun-drenched private island paradise reserved just for Norwegian Cruise Line guests. Small kids play all day on the Hippo Water Slide which, at 40-feet high and 175-feet-long, is the world's largest inflatable water slide while adults enjoy your favorite cocktail followed by a complimentary midday beachside BBQ.
Cerro Brujo is located on the north Coast of San Cristobal Island; The tour in this site can be done in about three hours, including the boat ride. Its main attraction is the coral sand beach, plus the flora and fauna species. It is an eroded tufa cone and in several parts it is composed of lava. Currently it is a place to observe lake and coastal birds.

Willemstad is a city in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located in the municipality of Moerdijk. Its population as of 2002 was 2,329. Willemstad is a small historical town with well preserved fortifications.
Founded by the Spanish colonists, on June 1, 1533, in a protected bay in the Caribbean Sea, Cartagena has the most extensive fortifications in South America. A system of zones divides the city into three neighbourhoods: downtown San Pedro, with the cathedral and many Andalusian-style palaces; quiet San Diego, where merchants and the middle class lived; and Gethsemani, the 'popular quarter' with plenty of night clubs. Its fortifications, constructed by the Spanish, are today a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The town the walls protected is also part of that World Heritage designation. Cruise visitors can walk those deeply textured alleyways today through some of the best-preserved colonial neighborhoods of the Americas. There are nice beaches ready to enjoy, such as the busy Bocagrande, which is close to the city and the quiet Playa Blanca, in the south, across the bay.
Colon is located on the stunning Caribbean coast of Panama, where unparalleled beaches and lush tropical scenery blend harmoniously. Here we will marvel the maginificent Panama Canal. You can visit nearby Portobello, discover the ruins of Spanish forts, watch the colorful yachts sailing in the bay or bargain for treasures in the local markets. Time given, travel to the Gatun Locks for a bird's eye view of the immense ships passing through the Panama Canal.
Puerto Limón or Limón is the capital city of Limón province in Costa Rica. It is an important city for cruise ships traveling through the Panama Canal. Puerto Limón contains two port terminals, Limón and Moín. Two small islands, Uvita Island and Isla de Pájaros, are just offshore.
