Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, was founded in the 12th century and owes much of its charm to the buildings erected by Denmark's monarchs, boasting a treasure trove of late-Renaissance and Rococo architecture. Skagen is the northenmost point in Denmark, offering fascinating nature, 65 km long, white, sandy beaches backed by dunes, authentic danish and scandinavian culture. Several cruisers dock at the harbour every year and ”Grenen” - the scenic end point of the dunes where two beaches and the two parts of the North Sea, the Kattegat and the Skagerrak, meet, is passed by more than 100.000 ships annually.The light in the area has long attracted artists and the results of the area’s inspiration can be seen in the Skagen Museum and in local shops filled with pottery and glassware. Gotebοrg is situated located at the mouth of Göta River, in the southwestern part of Sweden. It was named after the Goths. The botanical garden of the city is the largest in Sweden and contains about 20,000 species of plants.

Norway 's capital lies at the head of the Oslofjord, surrounded by green – two-thirds of the city is protected forest. It is the biggest city and capital since 1814, hosting the seat of the Government (Stortinget) and the Royal Palace (Slottet). Take a walk through the central city and visit the newly opened Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art, and in the other direction the award-winning Oslo Opera House. Among its highlights, is the Akershus Castle, constructed in 1290 during the reign of King Haakon V (1299–1319), the Viking Ship Museum, the Kon-Tiki, the Fram Ship-Museum and the most impressive Vigeland park, the largest open - air museum by a single artist, 3 kms west from the centre. Walk along the bustling Aker Brygge and enjoy lunch, dinner or a drink, in the many cafe bars and restaurants there. From the port you can see the City Hall and the Nobel Peace Center.

The port of Antwerp is the third largest in Europe. Antwerp is known as the "City of diamonds".  The whole city looks like an architectural museum, from the medieval castle by the river, up to the modern creations on the dock. It is worth visiting the house-museum of the great Flemish painter P.P.Roumpens.
