A cruise ship service charge applies at a cost of €18.50 per person per day • Children under 2 years old up to 6 months: FREE. The above amounts are per person and are an integral part of the cruise.
During your cruise, you will encounter staff throughout the ship providing excellent service. They are supported by an equally large team and crew working hard behind the scenes to ensure you enjoy every moment on board. The service charge is mandatory and an integral part of the price.
Guarantee category means that the system will automatically assign your cabin number, and we cannot know in advance on which deck it will be located; it may also have an obstructed view.

- To complete the booking, and in accordance with company policy, you must provide the full details of all passengers as stated on the passport(s) / ID card(s), depending on the cruise selected (Full Name, Travel Document Number, Date and Place of Birth, Date of Issue and Expiry, Issuing Authority).
- If you travel with an ID card, it must have been issued within the last 15 years and be the new type (not handwritten, with Latin characters).
- Additionally, you must provide contact details (Full Name and mobile phone number) of a person (family member or friend) as an Emergency Contact.

- Children without an ID card traveling with both parents must have a valid passport.

Please note that from July 21, 2025, the Greek Government has introduced a new visitor fee.
This mandatory fee applies to all visitors, regardless of age or nationality (including infants), who disembark at Greek ports—whether participating in an organized excursion or disembarking independently, including those disembarking permanently.
Below is the current summary of fees based on the latest available information. In case of changes, your travel agent will inform you accordingly.

Piraeus port is the gateway to Athens center. Don't miss the Parthenon, the temple to Athena which looms over Athens from its perch atop the Acropolis, an eternal icon of art and civilization. Completed in 438 B.C., the temple still astounds as the flowering of Greek art and architecture. When you come down off the hill, don't miss a visit to the Ancient Agora, Syntagma Square, the Acropolis Museum and the city's historic centre, around Plaka. Santorini is essentially what remains of an enormous volcanic explosion dated back 3,600 years (between 1627- 1600 BC) and which created the current geological caldera: a giant central lagoon, more or less rectangular, measuring about 12 by 7 km. The effect is still explosive: 300-m-high steep cliffs on three sides rise from sea level, cubic white houses surrounded by pink bougainvilleas glow in the Aegean sun. Katakolon Port occupies the north-west part of the Peloponnese. To the west it is washed by the Ionian Sea. It is the current harbor of the regions capital city Pyrgos and serves as the gateway to the site of ancient Olympia, one of the most important archaeological sites in the world and birthplace of the Olympic Games. Visitors can see the remains of the original Olympic stadium, the Bouleuterion and the Temple of Zeus, enjoy free time in modern Olympiato shop or visit the Museum of the Olympic Games.

Kotor, which was first settled during the days of ancient Rome, is located along one of Montenegro's most beautiful fjord-like bays. It is a precious gem, with a well preserved urban center, which hosts ample medieval architecture and numerous monuments of cultural heritage that have designated the town, a UNESCO “World Natural and Historical Heritage Site". Walking along the streets and alleys, you will enjoy a fairy-tale setting, where medieval spires rise dreamily over orange rooftops beside mountainous scenery.
Zadar is the harbor of Croatia on the Adriatic coast and the historic center of Dalmatia. It was an old Roman town and nowadays there are buildings with unique architecture, many of which are classified as World Heritage sites by UNESCO.
Koper is situated along Slovenia’s coastline, in the Istrian Region. The city is next to the country’s border with Italy and is officially bilingual, speaking both Italian and Slovene. Koper is a small, pleasant city. In the Old Town visitors can admire medieval and early renaissance buildings, such as the Praetorian Palace and Church of the Assumption.
Ravenna, the former capital of the Western Roman Empire (402- 476) in Emilia Romana region, is famed for its mosaics which depict a rich cultural heritage. Eight early Christian monuments of Ravenna are inscribed on the World Heritage List, among which, the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare in Classe (549), the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia (c. 430), the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo (c. 500) and the Mausoleum of Theoderic (520), the Archiepiscopal Chapel (c. 500) and the Baptistry of Neon (c. 430).
