The above amounts are per person and are an integral part of the cruise.

During your cruise, you will encounter staff throughout the ship who provide you with excellent service. They are supported by an equally large number of crew members working hard behind the scenes to ensure you enjoy every moment onboard. The service charge is mandatory and an inseparable part of the cruise price.

"Guarantee" category means that the system will automatically assign your cabin number, and we cannot know in advance which deck it will be located on; it may also have an obstructed view. 
GENERAL NOTES 
  • Prices are per person in euros (€), based on double occupancy in a cabin.
  • Single cabin supplement: 100% of the above prices plus port charges.
  • A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation, with full payment due 30 days before cruise departure.
  • For bookings made less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is required immediately.
  • To complete the reservation and according to company policy, you must provide full personal details for all passengers, exactly as they appear in their passport(s) or ID card(s), depending on the cruise (Full Name, Travel Document Number, Date and Place of Birth, Date of Issue and Expiry, Issuing Authority).
  • In case you travel with your National ID card, it must have been issued within the last 15 years and be of the new type (not handwritten, with Latin characters). 
  • In addition, you must provide emergency contact details (full name and mobile phone number) of a relative or friend.

  • For some cruises to Western Mediterranean ports or the Norwegian Fjords, travel may be allowed with a new-type ID card (with Latin characters). Ask us about the specific cruise of your interest.
  • Valid passport (valid up to 6 months after the cruise ends) or ID with Latin characters is required, depending on the cruise itinerary.
  • Children without a police-issued ID and traveling with both parents must have a valid passport.
  • Children with an ID traveling with both parents may travel normally (if a valid passport is not required for the cruise).
  • Children traveling with one parent must have the written consent of the other parent, in addition to the above documents.
  • Children traveling with other relatives must have written consent from both parents, along with all other required documents.
  • Flight and cruise prices are not fixed. They depend on the availability and occupancy of the airplanes and cruise ships.
  • Booking early ensures availability for the cruise, cabin category, and airline seats at competitive prices.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • 30 days or more before departure: 20% cancellation fee of the total amount
  • 28 - 15 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount
  • 14 – 8 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee of the total amount
  • 7 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee of the total amount

Please note that from July 21, 2025, the Greek Government has imposed a new visitor fee.
This mandatory fee applies to all visitors, regardless of age and nationality (including infants), who disembark at Greek ports — whether participating in an organized excursion or disembarking independently — including those who permanently disembark.
Below is the current summary of fees based on the latest available update. In case of any changes to these measures, you will be informed by your travel agent.

  • November 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026:
    €4 per visitor per port for Mykonos and Santorini
    €1 per visitor for all other Greek ports
  • April 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026:
    €12 per visitor per port for Mykonos and Santorini
    €3 per visitor for all other Greek ports
  • June 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026:
    €20 per visitor per port for Mykonos and Santorini
    €5 per visitor for all other Greek ports
  • October 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026:
    €12 per visitor per port for Mykonos and Santorini
    €3 per visitor for all other Greek ports
