- In order to complete the booking and in accordance with the company's policy, it is necessary to provide the full details of all passengers as stated in (a) Passport(s) / Identity Card(s) depending on the cruise you have chosen (Name, Date and Place of Birth, Issue and Expiry Date, Issuing Authority).
- In addition it is necessary to send the contact details (Name and Mobile phone) of a person (relative or friend) as an Emergency Contact.
- For your participation in the above cruise it is necessary to have a valid passport. On some cruises with destination ports in the Western Mediterranean you can also travel with a new type of identity card with Latin characters. Ask us about the cruise you are interested in.
- In case you travel with your National ID card, it must have been issued within the last 15 years and be of the new type (not handwritten, with Latin characters).
- Deposits for suite bookings will be calculated as 10% of cruise fare per guest. If the 10% value is less than the standard deposit amount, the standard amount will be applied All suite bookings, including Junior Suites, have non-refundable deposits. As such, the full 10% deposit per person will be withheld upon cancellation. If your clients downgrade from a suite category to a lower category which has a lower cruise fare, the higher deposit will still be held. Prices are not fixed. They are linked to the availability of cruise ships.

We highly recommend a visit to the Liverpool Cathedral (Anglican), offering an outstanding view, to the Merseyside Maritime Museum, which reflects the city's considerable shipping history as one of the world's greatest seaports, the Beatles Story, which reveals the singers' early lives in Liverpool and their rise to stardom, and for art lovers, the Walker Gallery, which exhibits such periods as the 17th century masters (Rembrandt, Rubens and Ruysdael); 18th century British (Gainsborough, Reynolds and Wedgwood); Impressionism (Cezanne, Degas, Matisse, Monet and Rodin); Romanticism and early 19th century British (Constable and Turner); plus Medieval, Renaissance and High Victorian periods crafts, designs and sculptures.
Kirkwall is the biggest town and capital of the Orkney Islands, off the coast of northern mainland Scotland. At the heart of the town stands St. Magnus Cathedral, the finest medieval building in the north of Scotland, next to it the ruins of the former Bishop's Palace and Earl's Palace. The town has two museums, the larger being Tankerness House Museum, which contains items of local historical interest within one of Scotland's best-preserved sixteenth century town-houses and the Orkney Wireless Museum, dealing with the history of radio and recorded sound. During your visit, you will also notice many 17th-18th-century houses in the local vernacular style. Kirkwall is a bustling market town, a lively centre for shopping and eating out.
