GENERAL NOTES
  • Prices are per person in euros, in a double cabin.
  • Single cabin surcharge of 30% on the above prices plus port charges.
  • Confirmation requires an advance payment of 250€ per cabin (500€ per suite) and payment 60 days before the cruise departure date.
  • For reservations made less than 60 days after the departure date, immediate full payment is required.
  • In order to complete the reservation and in accordance with the company's policy, it’s necessary to provide the full details of all passengers as stated in (a) Passport(s)/ Identity Card(s), depending on the cruise you have chosen (Name, Travel Document Number, Date and Place of Birth, Issue and Expiry Date, Issuing Authority).  
  • In case you travel with your National ID card, it must have been issued within the last 15 years and be of the new type (not handwritten, with Latin characters). 
  • Children who do not have a national identity card and are traveling with both parents need a valid passport.
  • Children who have a national identity card and are with both their parents travel normally (if for the cruise you have chosen, it’s not necessary to have a valid passport).
  • Children accompanied by one parent must have the other parent's written consent to be able to travel with the above documents.
  • Children traveling with other relatives must have the written consent of both parents to be able to travel with the above documents.
  • The prices of air tickets as well as of the cruise are not fixed. They are linked to the availability/fullness of aircraft and cruise ships.
  • Early booking ensures availability on the cruise and the cabin class you want as well as airline seats at competitive prices.

Cancellation Policy 
Up to 90 days before departure: €50 per cabin (administration fees). 
89-60 days before the departure date: Loss of deposit. 
59-30 days before the departure date: 50% cancellation fee on the total amount. 
29-0 days before the departure date: 100% cancellation fee on the total amount. 

-For cruises calling at Greece (not included)-
Please note that from  July 21, the Greek Government will introduce a new fee for visitors.
This mandatory fee applies to all cruise guests, regardless of age (including Infants) who go ashore at Greek ports – whether as part of an organized shore excursion or independently – including disembarking guests. 
Below is the current summary of the fees, up to May 31st, 2026: 
  • 21 July 2025 – 30 September 2025: 
    • EUR 20 per guest per port for Mykonos and Santorini 
    • EUR 5 per guest per port for all other Greek ports 
  • 1 October – 31 October 2025 / 1 April 2026 – 31 May 2026: 
    • EUR 12 per guest for Mykonos and Santorini 
    • EUR 3 per guest for all other Greek ports 
  • 1 November 2025 – 31 March 2026: 
    • EUR 4 per guest per port for Mykonos and Santorini 
    • EUR 1 per guest for all other Greek ports 
To facilitate the collection of this tax for guests, Celestyal will collect the applicable local government taxes based on disembarked ports for all guests, upon check out. This will be calculated based on the number of guests going ashore in each Greek port and added to each individual disembarking guests onboard account each day of the cruise. This is not a Celestyal charge, but a mandatory levy by the Greek authorities that Celestyal is collecting on their behalf, as required by the relevant legislation.
